Important Nexla Help Center Update:
Nexla's Zendesk Help Center pages are being deprecated and will soon no longer be available.
Nexla Documentation is now the home for Nexla's User Guides, with improved formatting and categories that are easier to navigate, providing a better overall user experience.
Please update any bookmarks to the new Nexla Documentation site (docs.nexla.com/user-guides).

Data Sources: Where your data comes from. Whether it is a database, cloud storage, API, FTP Server, etc. The data source is what you connect to in order for Nexla to scan your data.
Data Sets: Nexla automatically scans all of your data sources to identify different schemas to put them into data sets. Think of a data set as a table of attributes and their values.
Lookups: Nexla has a lookup function that allows you to transform attributes based on a lookup table. Locate the lookup table in Tools->Lookups. The lookup allows you to define an alternate value for an attribute. For example, transforming an ID number to a text string.
